On March 24, 2011, the Emily Couric Leadership Forum awarded just under $60,000 in scholarships and honored Melanne Verveer as our 2011 recipient of the Woman's Leadership Award. Ms. Verveer is currently Ambassador-At-Large for Global Women's issues and co- founder of Vital Voices(http://www.vitalvoices.org).
