Ayoade Balogun is brilliant, dedicated, humble, and kind, and exemplifies leadership in everything she does. She is a gifted musician and scientist, who has already worked with top engineers at NASA, Northrup Grumman and the University of Virginia. She also created an engineering camp for middle school girls and was invited to the White House to make a presentation on her efforts to promote STEM education. Ayoade is also the recipient of the Coca-Cola Scholarship, given to only 150 students across the nation from an applicant pool of 86,000. She will study engineering at Stanford University, joining her older sister who is already enrolled there.
